Perch Fee $50 per bird due with birds*

Entry Fee $300 due after 100 mile activation

*Accepting birds from Feb 5th – May11th* ( Read below carefully)

We will take no more than 800 birds the deadline will not be extended even if there are only 300 birds in the loft. Race closes May 11th for all birds unless the 800 number is hit earlier then the race will close earlier. This loft can hold double that number easily so there is plenty of space for your birds

4 capital prize and average speed races 140, 190, 250 and 325 mile

360 Mile optional race, 2 weeks after the final. $150 entry per bird

Racecourse will be ENE from loft. Series starting in October

We accept Zelle, Money Orders and Checks

Make checks and money orders payable to The Southern Belle

Must be at least 18 years of age to enter the race

ALL birds MUST BE ACTIVATED after the 100 mile activation race to remain eligible for the races

ENTRY FEE, If your bird does not go to the 140 mile race, your entry for that missing bird will be refunded

Capital prizes paid by clocking order for the 140, 190 and 250 mile races

The 325 mile final race capital prizes will be paid on the first drop and then clocking order

In the event of a catastrophic event beyond the control of the Southern Belle One Loft Race i.e act of God, State of emergency declared locally or nationally or some other event beyond the control of the Southern Belle Race that does not allow the race to proceed under normal operating conditions, entry fees will be refunded less shipping charges

Ties will be given same clocking # and winnings added together and split equally

Race dates are subject to weather

Loft manager reserves the right to make all final decisions on races and entrants

Birds remain property of the owner. No Auctions or Buy Backs

If any entry fee is not paid by the owner, that complete team of birds will be sold and all monies earned will go to the new payee. The bird(s) also becomes property of the payee

A completed W-9 will be required for winnings of $600 or more

No person involved with the Southern Belle will be allowed to breed or enter birds into the race

Average Speed paid by the clock. Computed by Wincompanion

If a bird does not clock, due to piggy backing or chip malfunction, and TSB verifies the bird is in that drop, it will be placed last in that drop

Birds must be retrieved within 14 days after final race or become property of The Southern Belle race
